Perfect location. Picturesque courtyard with bar area, saltwater pool and lots of greenery. Beautifully decorated room with lovely secluded terrace, which even had an outside bathtub 🤭 Staff super helpful and friendly, each and everyone. Not only all the cute boys at reception and bar, but especially Liny. Breakfast was not a buffet, and all the options on the menu were very much not paleo. She saw my disappointment, had never heard of it but went googling and she and the girls in the kitchen made sure I got a custom made order. That is the kind of treatment that makes you wanna give more than 10 points. I loved this place, tens tens tens across the board!!

This property was amazing the staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel offered tours with their drivers (who were employed by the hotel) who were all so informative and helpful. The location was central with pub street in easy walking distance. Our room was perfect, right by the pool but as soon as you went into your room and closed the door, you felt like you had escaped everything. We will definitely be back. The food and drinks were sensational, breakfast was cooked to order, we only ate dinner there on our last nights but really wished we had eaten there earlier as we would have had more dinners there, it was delicious.

This hotel was a true gem — right in the heart of Siem Reap, yet offering a calm, peaceful atmosphere that felt worlds away from the busy streets. The pool area was a real highlight: clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the temples. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness really made a difference and created such a positive atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better — close to restaurants, shops, and just a short ride to Angkor Wat, while still feeling tucked away and serene. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality in Siem Reap. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The staff are wonderful - friendly, helpful and professional. The location is fantastic. The hotel is located in a quiet nook but is very close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and tastefully designed. I often ate at the restaurant in the hotel - the food was tasty!

This is a very relaxing place! The pool is right by the rooms and the bar at the edge of the pool. The staff are all excellent - nothing is a trouble. Reception can organise anything you want to do. The bed is comfortable and the airconditioner can be switched to quiet mode, which really helped with sleeping. Do use the hotel tuk tuk drivers, they are reliable and the cheapest you'll find in Siem Reap. They really appreciate your business. The patio featured an outside, full sized, functioning bath tub - my little luxury!

My partner & I agree - this may be the best place we have ever stayed! The staff was 10/10!! Truly the kindest and most helpful people. They made the experience feel so wonderful. We loved Siem Reap and our time there - but staying at the Rambutan definitely made it one of the best trips. The food and drinks were amazing. And happy hour was a fun thing to do each evening before dinner. Our room was giant - we loved the deck overlooking the pool. Laundry service was great - as well as the taxis, tuk-tuks associated with the hotel (Mr. Kouern!), free filtered water, and more. Everyone should stay here!

Ambient oasis in the heart of Siem Reap. Our little apartment felt like home. We loved the decor, the saltwater pool, the staff were a delight, everything felt very personal and we felt like we could stay here for a month or two if time allowed. Restaurant, coffee, and food all great too. Absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again when returning to Siem Reap

Courteous staff - right from booking confirmation, through the stay and check out, each member of staff were amazing with their service. These things make a huge difference. Breakfast - sumptuous, fresh and just perfect. Location - Very conveniently located closer to all the restaurants, markets, Pub Street etc. Easily accessible via cabs/tuk tuks to and from Airport/other parts of the city Highly recommended and am definitely coming back here :)

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel tucked away across the river from the hustle and bustle of the night life. The room was excellent and quiet. The pool was lovely and had a great restaurant on the side where I took most of my meals. It was a wonderful oasis after a day of wandering.

Beautiful room! AC was strong! The bed was comfy & lots of soft pillows. This room was the best solo woman’s travelers dream. Beautiful balcony with a stone outdoor tub. The shower room was pretty & spacious. They had a strong working refrigerator. Breakfast was always delicious, generous & tasty! I very much LOVED their latte’s & cappuccinos. The staff were always greeting me & helpful with my luggage’s up & down the 2nd floor. I appreciated the designated tuk-tuk’s right outside the door.
